We are now working on stage two of our Talk for Writing, which is the innovation stage. We have changed the topic of our non- chronological report, from dragons to reindeers. We are seeing a great improvement in our sentence structure, and vocabulary choices! Keep it up year 6!

Talk for writing helps me to remember all the interesting connectives and vocabulary.I really like how we get to draw pictures and try and remember our work. Surprisingly, this activity helps us all to do better in our work.

I really like talk for writing because it helps me to improve my sentences by including commas for clauses and things like that. It is also really fun doing the story maps and trying to remember what you have written, with actions alongside it.

Talk for writing helps me to remember all of the connectives and I now know what the actions are for some of the connectives.

I find talk for writing much easier becuase you remember more than you write! It's better than writing alone.
